Per inserire il menu sopra il logo come nell'anteprima aggiungete in "modifica colori e stili" questo pezzo

tu fai il logo...tagli il pezzo in alto e lo hosti...incolli il link del pezzo in alto nel codice e il resto del logo lo metti come logo vero e proprio...

Altrimenti può creare un'immagine trasparente PNG alta un pixel e lunga quanto vuole e metterla come logo, poi creare l'immagine che vuole come vero e proprio logo e metterla in HTML in cima a ogni pagina, io nel mio ho fatto così.
